The plan:
1. Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border
2.Take the dirt and raise the levies in New Orleans
3. Put the Florida alligators in the moat
....... SHWING!!!!.... OHH YEAH... SHE IS BRILLIANT!

So, Tango is keepimg you busy but your mind still thinks outside the box (pun intended). It's a great idea. Could the Corps of Engineer's pull it off, would the gators adapt to cajun and salsa seasoning? Yes, you ARE brilliant. Please keep posting. We all look forward to your musings.

Beauty and Brains...a lethal combination. Being the pragmatic, conservative type I love your idea. At the risk of incurring your wrath I have to ask--How do you get around the EPA (who will want to know the environmental effects of digging the mote), SPCA (who will question moving the gators), & the ACLU (who will come to the defense of the illegal aliens)?
